Engineer Muhammad Farid Akram is a seasoned electronics engineer and technical consultant with over three decades of experience in power electronics, industrial systems, and defense-grade technology solutions. He is the founding force behind ELECTROFLUX, a company that has become a trusted name in indigenous development, advanced repair, and mission-critical engineering for Pakistan's industrial and defense sectors.
Known for his deep technical insight and commitment to self-reliance, Engineer Akram has led numerous high-impact R&D projects, many of which have contributed directly to the capabilities of national institutions such as the Pakistan Air Force, Pakistan Army, PAEC, and other strategic organizations.
Engineer Akram began his academic journey at Saint Mary’s Cambridge School, Rawalpindi, where he developed a strong foundation in science and mathematics. He pursued his passion for electronics through a Diploma of Associate Engineering in Television & Electronics, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the prestigious NED University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi.
His pursuit of excellence in engineering was further shaped through Postgraduate Training for Engineers & Specialists under the Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft (CDG), Germany, where he received advanced exposure to European engineering practices and applied technologies.
To enhance his linguistic and technical fluency, he also completed Advanced Fach-Deutsch Training at Carl Duisberg Centrum, Radolfzell, Germany, equipping him with the ability to engage with technical literature and international teams at the highest professional level.
In addition to his core technical training, Engineer Akram received professional certification in Action Research for Management from NIPA (National Institute of Public Administration), Karachi, broadening his leadership capabilities and strategic thinking in organizational development.
He has also contributed to academic circles as a Visiting Lecturer at Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, where he taught MSc-level Electronics courses, mentoring postgraduate students and contributing to the intellectual development of the next generation of engineers.

Engineer Abdullah Farid is a second-generation innovator and technologist, continuing the legacy of engineering excellence pioneered by his father, Engineer Muhammad Farid Akram, the founder of ELECTROFLUX. As Co-Director, Abdullah brings a bold new vision to the company—fusing traditional electrical engineering with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, data science, and digital transformation.
His interdisciplinary approach has positioned ELECTROFLUX at the forefront of next-generation engineering—expanding its capabilities from industrial power systems to smart digital solutions tailored for the defense, healthcare, and tech sectors both in Pakistan and internationally.
Abdullah Farid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Bahria University, where he laid the groundwork for his technical expertise in electronics and control systems. He later pursued a Master’s in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from Edge Hill University, United Kingdom, where he trained in advanced AI models such as RNNs, CNNs, LSTMs, and genetic algorithms.
Abdullah began his career at ELECTROFLUX, working alongside his father on complex power electronics systems and industrial infrastructure projects. His early work involved control systems, high-voltage diagnostics, SCADA, PLCs, and instrumentation calibration—giving him hands-on experience in mission-critical environments.
He later expanded his professional scope internationally, taking on consulting roles in New York, Dubai, and London, where he delivered solutions in web development, AI-based marketing systems, content architecture, and digital brand strategy.
Abdullah has led development teams for clients in the US, UK, and UAE, and currently oversees ELECTROFLUX’s digital systems division—building tools that integrate AI, web, and data pipelines into engineering workflows. His leadership blends technical precision with digital adaptability, enabling the company to remain globally competitive.
Abdullah has represented ELECTROFLUX and his personal ventures at various industry forums. In 2024, he was a featured speaker at Surgicon, presenting “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare.” He has also spoken on topics such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and AI-driven marketing models at earlier conferences and online summits.
He maintains collaborations with surgeons, researchers, and technology executives worldwide—offering strategic insight at the intersection of engineering and innovation.
As the son of Engineer Muhammad Farid Akram, Abdullah carries forward a family legacy built on integrity, technical rigor, and service to national industry. Where his father laid the foundation through power electronics and indigenous development for defense, Abdullah is charting the future—digitally transforming those same systems for the modern age.
